Every Software Solutions ( Every SWS for short) is an ICT company specializing in providing technologies, software solutions and services dedicated to the management and distribution of digital documents and data within the enterprise and along the Supply Chain.
The solutions, which are available in the cloud, are designed, developed and delivered according to a certified Information Security Management System ISO27001.
Thanks to the skills it has acquired and the technologies it has implemented, Every SWS is a reference point for medium- and large-sized companies on automation, dematerialization and digital transformation of business processes.
Share, the core-business solution of Every SWS, streamlines the sharing and distribution of business documents to the entire supply chain . It is able toreceive, by any method and from any application, the documents that the company needs to interchange with its customers, suppliers, partners, internally or with its branch offices .
Integration with Share enables services for multichannel delivery of digital materials with receipt tracking, document archiving, digital preservation, electronic invoicing and digital signature treatments.
Since 2009, following the implementation of the REACH Regulation, it has implemented the SDS-FullService suite solutions, designed to facilitate the process of communicating the hazardousness of substances and mixtures, both within the company and throughout the supply chain-from chemical manufacturers/suppliers to industrial and professional users-and to simplify the related requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (D. Lgs. 81/2008), REACH and CLP regulations.
Under the brand name SDS-FullService a number of innovative services designed to provide all-round support to companies are available: from digitalization automatic SDSs, to their initial census and cleaning, to the search for new versions of SDSs from suppliers/manufacturers, to the continuous monitoring process between substances in use and lists of hazardous, banned or restricted substances, to the continuous updating of the archive appropriately indexed with phrases, hazard classes, pictograms and other relevant information for chemical risk assessment and the management of data and sustainability indices.

Information security policy - summary
EverySWS is committed to protecting information against all threats (internal, external, deliberate or accidental) and during every stage of the processes carried out by the Organization. Commitment to the pursuit of Information Security objectives is achieved by implementing the Information Security Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Standard, integrating a process of continuous improvement of the Management System.
In this regard, management is committed to:
- Ensure that the Information Security Policy and Information Security objectives are established and compatible with the strategic direction of the Organization;
- Ensure the integration of Information Security Management System requirements into the Organization's processes;
- Ensure that the necessary resources for the Information Security Management System are available;
- Communicate the importance of effective management of Information Security and compliance with Information Security Management System requirements;
- Ensure that the Information Security Management System achieves its intended results;
- Direct and support people to contribute to the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System;

With the implementation of the ISO/IEC 27001 Standard, EverySWS aims to:
